01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 555rr ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing or using the 555rr website, mobile application, or any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of 555rr, including registered players, visitors browsing the site, and anyone who interacts with any part of the platform. If you are using 555rr on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a 555rr account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 555rr does not permit minors to use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting activities are not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 555rr employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 555rr platform.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, using your own identity and payment methods.

555rr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 555rr. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Your username and password are personal to you. Do not share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 555rr support immediately at [email protected].
• 555rr will never contact you to ask for your password. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

Account registration on 555rr is free. There are no fees for creating or maintaining an account. 555rr reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

04 Deposits

555rr accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and credited to your 555rr balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 555rr does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside 555rr's control.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• 555rr reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is found to have been made fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 555rr are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for verified accounts.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• 555rr reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard processing time, contact 555rr support with your withdrawal reference number. Our team will investigate and provide an update within two hours.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

555rr offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed in full at the point of claiming. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated on each offer.
• Bonus funds are used before real money funds when placing bets, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• 555rr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If 555rr determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or through exploitation of a technical error, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• Players may only claim each welcome or first-deposit bonus once. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times via new accounts is a breach of these Terms.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on 555rr — including Monster Dice, Monster Plinko, Let's Shoot, West Hunter Bingo, Midas Fortune, Badminton, and Live Casino — operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently tested to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all game titles and are available in the game information section.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. 555rr does not reverse game outcomes except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance.
• Live Casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played, as displayed in the game interface.
• 555rr reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a pricing or odds error has occurred.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 555rr. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to launder money or use 555rr for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 555rr staff or other players through any communication channel.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

555rr reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach, 555rr will conduct an investigation. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the registered payment method after verification.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555rr's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 555rr is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• 555rr is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider outages.
• 555rr does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may perform maintenance at any time.

Nothing in these Terms limits 555rr's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

555rr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, 555rr will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the 555rr platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
